Scope

The Concept

The spot opens on a sunrise over Titus County, moves through the campus programs (welding, automotive, culinary, health science), then follows NTCC graduates into the places they work now: the job site, the shop, the kitchen, the clinic, the farm. Community moments and a closing line land the idea that this region trains its own people and keeps them. Titus County anchors the piece because that is where the industry is. On-camera voices come from all three counties, and a drone pass over a Morris County location keeps the wider service area on screen.

The story is told in on-camera dialogue rather than voiceover, so real students, instructors, and graduates carry it. We mic and direct every speaker on set. NTCC identifies and schedules the people on camera and secures access at each location, campus and workplaces both, with signed releases in hand before shoot day. We lock the schedule together at a pre-production meeting. If a person or location falls through on the day, we cover the beat with stock or restructure the cut.

Options

Three Ways to Shoot It

Every option delivers a finished :60 and a :30 cutdown. The difference is how many days we shoot, how far we travel, and how much of the concept makes it to camera.

Option A · One Day

Titus County, campus anchor

$6,400
:60 hero + :30 cutdown
  • One shoot day on and around campus in Titus County, with up to two graduate stops close by
  • RED cinema package from our own kit
  • Drone coverage as the day's schedule allows
  • Campus montage and closing scene covered; the five-graduate arc is condensed to the two strongest stories
  • Pre-production, drone coverage, audio for on-camera dialogue, travel, color grade, audio mix, and licensed music included
Option B · Two Days
Recommended

Titus focus, Morris drone pass

$9,800
:60 + :30 + three vertical :15s
  • Campus plus graduate stops clustered geographically
  • Dedicated drone passes, including the Morris County school
  • Room for four graduate stories plus the community moments
  • Three vertical :15 cuts for NTCC social on top of the :60 and :30
  • Pre-production, drone coverage, audio for on-camera dialogue, travel, color grade, audio mix, and licensed music included
Option C · Three Days

The full concept, three counties

$13,600
Full deliverable set + B-roll library
  • The concept as written, across Camp, Morris, and Titus counties
  • All five graduate vignettes shot at their real workplaces
  • Curated B-roll library, graded and licensed for NTCC's own social channels, included
  • Pre-production, drone coverage, audio for on-camera dialogue, travel, color grade, audio mix, and licensed music included
Our recommendation is Option B. Two days fits the schedule you described, keeps Titus as the anchor, gets the Morris County drone pass, and still leaves room for four graduate stories. Option A is the floor: one strong day that delivers the same :60 and :30 with a tighter story. Option C shoots the concept exactly as written and adds the licensed B-roll library for your social marketing.
Optional: curated B-roll social license
A pull of graded selects from the shoot, delivered as a library and licensed for NTCC's own organic social channels. Already included in Option C.

What We Need From NTCC

01 · People

On-camera people scheduled and confirmed: instructors, students, and the graduates we build the story around.

02 · Access

Campus and each workplace arranged ahead of shoot day, with one point of contact with us on set each day.

03 · Releases

Signed releases in hand before shoot day. The clinic scene and any school footage with kids need permissions sorted early.

04 · Fallbacks

Where something cannot be arranged, we cover the beat with stock or adjust the cut.
